Rules and Regulations

The Library is kept open in all working days from 9.00a.m. To 5.00 p.m. It will remain closed on Sunday.

Strict silence should be observed in and around the Library.

Students are permitted to take white papers inside the Library.

Books should be handled with care.

Books should be replaced in their allotted shelves or on the reading table.

Magazines, Journals Newspapers are meant for reading only inside the library and not outside the Library.

Reference books, Dictionary, Encyclopaedia, etc., are kept only for reference and not for book issue.

Each student will be given two tokens and she is permitted to tale only two books at a time.

Students are allowed to take books only using their own tokens.

Books should be returned to the librarian in person.

If the token is lost, penalty of Rs.20 per token will be collected from the students.

Books should be returned on or before the due date (two weeks) .

In the care of delay. An overdue charge of Rs.1 per day for a book will be collected from the students.

In case of any damages or loss of book, it has to be either replaced or five times of the market price of the book should be paid.

A students will not be excused from returning the book after the due date ever in the case of absence.

The Library Administration reserve the right to withhold the issue of some rare / costly books/ reference books.

Library can ask to return the books at any time for the purpose of checking.

Library Working Hours

Library services is available from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Library service is not available on government holidays & Sundays.
